WP 1.5 Upgrade

As promised, I present … WP 1.5.

Now, to really build a theme with the present layout …

    Y’know, when I did the 1.5 upgrade around here, I meant to note that I’d made user registration optional. Now, I’m not going to make registration mandatory as I have in other places, but I’ll give you a hint: you get less guff…
