Too Damn Hot

At the airport, it was officially 100F today.

My car argues that it was hotter than that.

It was 83F in my office at 3:00 p.m.

Could be worse, but man … I hate summer in Alabama.

    Eleven years ago I was in the Infantry School during this crap. May to August at Benning. I thought I knew hot. I was wrong.

    No argument that I’m a wuss. Camp Shelby gets that hot, too, but I’ve never been running around with gear…
