WordPress –> WordPress MU Migration?

So … who knows anything about migrating a whackload of standalone WordPress Weblogs to a single Wordpress MU installation?

    I’m plotting the obvious: a migration of rmfo-blogs to WPMU. The question in my mind is how hard the data will be to extract when someone wants to go pro.

    This would make my life far, far easier.
