Rescue Me: A Fourth Season!
So yes, my little entry on Season Three of Rescue Me made it a whole season without spoilers being posted in the comments, even after the finale on Tuesday. [My feelings on that? They largely mirror Jonathan Toomey's [warning: there be spoilers!]: not enough resolution, other than the obvious ones you’d expect. They hit the three main A-lines and sorta left the B-lines askew. Unlike Toomey, however, I want Tommy and Janet together. Yes, that might make the show jump the shark, but honestly … this show probably doesn’t have 100 episodes in it without major cast overhauls.]
But enough about Season Three: so that everyone who comes here for Rescue Me news knows, our beloved show will indeed get a fourth season.
hey i know it may be a lil early to start asking, but i missed the whole third season because of work, and i never managed to find the re-runs…….
so does anyone know if/and when re-runs of season three might happen?
and anyone heard bout season 3 release yet?

September 27th, 2006 at 07:54From what I hear Denis Leary is gonna kill off all the characters by the 5th season. So long story short, season 5 will be the last season if i makes it that far.

Looks like a mid-June start for season four of Rescue Me. No word on the DVD release date for season three, but based on what they’ve done for the previous two releases, I wouldn’t expect it much before mid-May 2007.

No release date for the season 3 DVD for Rescue Me has been announced. As soon as it is, I’ll update this entry.

February 19th, 2007 at 09:25The season 4 premier will be June 12, 2007. It is listed on Wikipedia, it will be a Tuesday night at 10pm on FX (as usual) still havent found anything as far as season 3 on DVD yet…
February 26th, 2007 at 23:51This is March 2007. When, where and what time does the new season start. Four weeks ago when I checked on FX Tuesday @ 10:00 it was a rerun. I haven’t seen ads on TV for the new start date. Have I missed something. My son and I are addicted to this show and need a fix quickly.

Tommy and Janet should absolutely get together. She’s co-dependent, but she’s not a pyro like psycho Sheila. Thank goodness for Wednesdays at 10pm.
