Because we sell our products “a la carte” to allow you to create your own custom library of Bibles and reference books, it’s economically unfeasible to ship our software on CD-ROM.

However, getting ahold of a live person is easy. In addition to email, which is answered usually the same day, you can call us at the phone number that is posted all over the site: (319) 378-4940. Normal business hours; central time zone.

We try to encourage people to use our tech support web site and ticket system because it’s much faster to help more people that way. But if you prefer just give us a call.

I have a hard time downloading things and prefer to use a CD when available and or possible.

How does an alrady paid client get in touch with a live person at Maridian?

I need sme help but it seems that live people to give a customer a hand is not easy to find.

Just a simple tel. numbe would be grat right now.

I am out about $55 if I can’t get that CD
