Explosive Growth

Alex and I were sitting here talking about explosive growth, and I mentioned the craziness that is the city in which Sean and Kat live: Maricopa, AZ. Check that out: in the 2000 Census, before it was a city, pop. 1040. Special census in March 2004: 4961. Now, I’ve been there since that census, and I can tell you that it was booming like crazy. It could well be above 8000 right now.

My mind kinda boggles at that.
