On second thought, maybe this isn’t a bad day to be inside … right now, Accuweather has the heat index out at Huntsville International Airport at 111F, and it’s not even in the middle of the day yet. Of course, they also have the temperature up at 90F, and my indoor/outdoor thermometer here at the house registers just 84 out on my front porch, in the shade.
Still … steamy outside today. Looks like we’re in for a bunch of thunderstorms. Glad I have a backup power supply …
