Man. It really is pretty doggone insufferable here in my office on the weekend. They run the A/C thermostat way up—or perhaps just shut it off!—after hours and on the weekends. This isn’t good for the computers at all, and given that we have guys that do analysis runs [finite element stuff in the structures, dynamics, and thermal worlds] overnight, that can’t be good for computers who are largely maxed out on CPU cycles during these times of minimal cooling.
