WordPress Character Handling Plugin
While we’re waiting for WP 1.5.1—which is in the offing, and yes, the thought of upgrades make me a little sick
:sigh:—I suggest that WP users install Entity2NCR, which will fix lots of issues with trackbacks, pingbacks, etc.
At least the plugin API is mature enough to make these fixes pretty easy!

Even if your pings/trackbacks are working? Should you still install it?

April 12th, 2005 at 17:32I would, because all the thing is doing is changing character entities to their numerical equivalents. It can’t hurt anything.

But I think maybe it’s an IE problem more than anything. I suppose I should switch browsers at work.
