Contract

PJ just emailed me a copy of the contract on the townhouse/condominium/whatever your mom wants to call it.

This is all now seeming very, very real. Aaaaiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeee!

    Condos typically have only one floor while townhouses have more than one.

    Well, see, that’s what I thought … but the legal people keep calling it a condo. :shrug:

    You’ll buy it under the rules of buying a condo then, perhaps?

    In the case that you own everything inside the four walls, while the association owns everything outside it.
