I’ve actually had good luck at getting their people to show up on time. I like to think that it’s my charming personality.

I switched from Knology to Mediacom specifically because Knology missed an appointment then tried to cover by claiming that I was mixed up about whether they said AM or PM…THEN when they missed the “revised” time, the person on the phone denied even seeing a service visit scheduled for me.
