Cripes!
Between our repeated water pressure problems and repeated network connectivity issues, moving is looking like a really good option right this moment.
And for any of you who will kvetch and say, “Please move over towards us,” my response is, “Only when you’ll help me move my church, too.”
That goes doubly for the Arizona nerds.
Let me tell you … no water for my morning shower really sucked. I hate having to wear a hat at work.

Hey, 4 of us have a solution to the church thing… you’d just have to switch denominations.
(I know this isn’t going to happen, so of course, I’m just kidding, but I’m just sayin….)

Jessica: My becoming Baptist is about as likely as you following the advice in the book Chris gave you and Rick for Christmas.
January 5th, 2005 at 10:54I suppose that I’m allowed to kvetch?
I hear there are some nice Tongan churches here…

So far the books haven’t been too far out there.
January 5th, 2005 at 13:15Brad: Kvetch all you want. Find me an aerospace job in Hawai’i, and I’ll move!
Rick: Yeah, it all seems nice until you think through the implications of it all.
January 5th, 2005 at 13:22Hey, look! What’s that bright shining building glowing just south of my church?
Why, it’s another Methodist church!
January 5th, 2005 at 16:15See also: I don’t want to change congregations. I’ve been attending Aldersgate since my freshman year.

Remember when I was kvetching about poor utility performance? I got home last night to the power having gone off for well over an hour and to no phones.
No phone, no Internet.
Anger! Frustration!
I think that what’s happened is:
Repai…
