The green is the ping response time from BroadbandReports’s servers to my IP; the blue spikes are the downtime. Even this isn’t a full representation of the craptacularness of my connection lately, because BBR pings the last IP that DynSite has passed along to it, and to the best of my knowledge, the ping isn’t saying, “Are you #218434?”
Yeah, this sucks.
