0WN3D!

It looks here as if, independent of our ROM, [$customer] is directing [$customer subcontract manager] to send [our contract manager] an RFQ. I don’t know whether it’ll be CPIF or FFP. I’m assuming the former based on our ROM status, which I just sent [our engineering manager].

    TPS Reports, what? ;)

No joking about TPS reports. We actually have TPS’s here at work.

Geof: I’m really surprised you guys use Cost Plus. For some reason, I thought that was only really used by the smaller contractor companies for bidding and quotes.

It’s clear that you don’t work in the NASA contracting world. Lots of stuff is CPIF here, and the small jobs tend to be FFP.
