It took place in Baltimore, and sometimes Munch or others from L&W would come visit. The show had a very cool vibe, and some great music video like moments. Diane Neal has the same far-too-serene demeanor that Angie Harmon brought to <em>Law & Order</em>: you just want to whack her and say, "Hey, you show a little emotion." Now, frankly, you can say the same thing about Elisabeth Rõhm on <em>L&O</em>, but since I have a crush on her, well ... ;) Stephanie March played the unflappable DA, but when she was unhappy, by God, you knew it!
