There’s The Beef

WP 1.2 is out. Moooooo.

I imagine I’ll update ijsm.org today; that may mean for some look-and-feel flukiness, depending upon how many changes have been made to index.php.

    Be sure that my changes to the Wondergeeks syndication scripts still work. Those are pretty tightly coupled to the way index.php was written in 1.0x. I will probably also end up making some changes to how the time is calculated (since there’s now almost certainly an easy way to get the UTC date/time in 1.2 without having to fool with manual adjustments).

    I’m going to let you be the guinea pig on this, but once you tell me it’s working well, I probably won’t be far behind you.

    Jeff: The pinging still happens, and it seems to be doing so correctly. The time is off, I think, but I figure that’s easily correctable.

    I’ll work on figuring out the new plugin system and come up with the plugin(s) we need.
